TTotally Teepee – Booking Terms and Conditions
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before booking with Totally Teepee. By confirming a booking, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Booking and Availability
- All bookings are subject to availability at the time of enquiry.
- A booking is not considered confirmed until Totally Teepee has verified availability and received the required deposit payment.
2. Deposit and Payment
- A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking slot once availability is confirmed.
- The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days prior to the event date.
- Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.
- However, if a booking is cancelled at least 10 days before the scheduled party date, the deposit may be transferred to a new party date, subject to availability.
- Rescheduled bookings must be made within 6 months of the original party date.
3. Changes and Cancellations
- Changes to your booking (such as rescheduling or transfer to another party) must be made at least 10 days prior to the original party date.
- Requests made less than 10 days in advance may not be eligible for transfer, and the deposit will be forfeited.
4. Styling and Images
- All promotional images used by Totally Teepee are for reference only.
- While we aim to deliver setups that match your chosen theme, some variations in styling, décor, and accessories may occur depending on availability.
- Totally Teepee reserves the right to make substitutions of equal quality and style where necessary.
5. Agreement
By paying the deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
